Tambi\u00e9n comprende los accidentes ocurridos durante el traslado habitual entre el domicilio y el lugar de trabajo.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt; color: #000000;\"><b>\u00bfQu\u00e9 hacer en caso de accidente de trabajo?<\/b><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Informar inmediatamente al \u00e1rea de Gesti\u00f3n de Personal<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong data-start=\"58\" data-end=\"96\">Realizar la denuncia del accidente<\/strong> comunic\u00e1ndose con el Centro de Coordinaci\u00f3n de Emergencias M\u00e9dicas de la Experta ART, disponible las 24 horas, los 365 d\u00edas del a\u00f1o, a trav\u00e9s de cualquiera de los siguientes tel\u00e9fonos:<strong data-start=\"278\" data-end=\"295\">0800-888-0200 \/ <\/strong><strong data-start=\"300\" data-end=\"317\">0800-666-3279<\/strong><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Una vez realizada la denuncia, <strong data-start=\"131\" data-end=\"146\">Experta ART<\/strong> asignar\u00e1 un n\u00famero de siniestro e informar\u00e1 el centro de atenci\u00f3n m\u00e9dica correspondiente, seg\u00fan las caracter\u00edsticas y la gravedad del accidente.Es fundamental conservar y registrar el n\u00famero de siniestro, ya que ser\u00e1 requerido para realizar consultas, seguimientos y cualquier otra gesti\u00f3n vinculada al caso ante la ART.<\/span><\/li>\n<li aria-level=\"1\">\n<h3><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Env\u00edo del formulario de denuncia<\/span><\/h3>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La empresa deber\u00e1 realizar la denuncia del accidente ante la ART dentro de las 48 horas de ocurrido el hecho.Para ello, deber\u00e1 ingresar a <span style=\"color: #3366ff;\"><a style=\"color: #3366ff;\" href=\"https:\/\/auth.experta.com.ar\/auth\/realms\/seguros\/protocol\/openid-connect\/auth?client_id=spa-institucional&amp;redirect_uri=https%3A%2F%2Fproxy-web.experta.com.ar%2F&amp;state=6f472c0a-fc30-467a-9bd6-9ff3b1189029&amp;response_mode=fragment&amp;response_type=code&amp;scope=openid&amp;nonce=62f41a7b-3e25-48f9-a3c0-2bc95d632817\">Experta Online<\/a> <\/span>con su usuario y contrase\u00f1a y seleccionar la opci\u00f3n <strong>\u00abConsulta de Siniestros\u00bb<\/strong>.<strong>Datos necesarios para realizar la denuncia:<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul data-spread=\"false\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Nombre y apellido de la persona accidentada.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">N\u00famero de DNI.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Fecha y hora del accidente.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Descripci\u00f3n de lo ocurrido.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;
