font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">La Universidad Nacional del Comahue reconoce y garantiza el derecho de sus estudiantes a acceder a una licencia acad\u00e9mica por maternidad, paternidad y tareas de cuidado, permitiendo suspender plazos acad\u00e9micos, reprogramar instancias evaluativas y\/o congelar la situaci\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica sin perder los avances alcanzados.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Este derecho busca asegurar la continuidad educativa frente a situaciones personales que dificulten el desarrollo normal de la vida acad\u00e9mica, ofreciendo trayectorias pedag\u00f3gicas flexibles conforme a la normativa vigente.<\/span><\/p>\n<h4 style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Causales contempladas:<\/strong><\/span><\/h4>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Embarazo y situaciones relacionadas<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Fertilizaci\u00f3n m\u00e9dicamente asistida<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Guarda preadoptiva o adopci\u00f3n<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Medidas excepcionales de protecci\u00f3n de ni\u00f1as, ni\u00f1os y adolescentes<\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">Esta propuesta fue elaborada considerando normativas de otras universidades nacionales y se enmarca en la Ordenanza del Consejo Superior de la UNCo N\u00ba 0273\/2018, sobre el reglamento acad\u00e9mico para carreras de pregrado y grado, modalidad presencial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\">El proceso hacia esta ordenanza comenz\u00f3 en 2022, impulsado por el Consejero Superior del Claustro Estudiantil, Mart\u00edn Rubio, en el seno de la Comisi\u00f3n de Bienestar Universitario, donde se trabaj\u00f3 colectivamente en la redacci\u00f3n del proyecto definitivo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt;
