{"id":7212,"date":"2024-08-09T08:34:21","date_gmt":"2024-08-09T11:34:21","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/170.210.81.163\/faea\/?page_id=7212"},"modified":"2026-08-18T10:08:18","modified_gmt":"2026-08-18T13:08:18","slug":"observatorio-de-personas-graduadas","status":"publish","type":"page","link":"http:\/\/170.210.81.163\/faea\/index.php\/personas-graduadas\/observatorio-de-personas-graduadas\/","title":{"rendered":"Observatorio de Personas Graduadas"},"content":{"rendered":"<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">El <strong>Observatorio de Graduados\/as<\/strong> es una iniciativa de la Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n que busca fortalecer el v\u00ednculo entre la Facultad y sus egresados\/as, promoviendo el intercambio permanente de informaci\u00f3n y experiencias.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Su objetivo principal es relevar las trayectorias profesionales y necesidades de los\/as graduados\/as, y comprender las demandas del entorno social y laboral, para contribuir a la mejora continua de la gesti\u00f3n acad\u00e9mica e institucional.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-size: 12pt; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif;\"><b>Funciones principales<\/b><\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Relevar informaci\u00f3n clave<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> sobre las trayectorias laborales, intereses y necesidades de los egresados para evaluar la inserci\u00f3n profesional y orientar mejoras acad\u00e9micas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Detectar demandas de formaci\u00f3n continua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, dise\u00f1ando herramientas para identificar necesidades de capacitaci\u00f3n y difundiendo la oferta acad\u00e9mica y cient\u00edfica disponible.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Organizar actividades de actualizaci\u00f3n y perfeccionamiento<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, como jornadas, talleres y cursos dirigidos a graduados.<br \/>\n<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Incorporar egresados a la vida acad\u00e9mica<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, promoviendo su participaci\u00f3n en proyectos de investigaci\u00f3n, extensi\u00f3n y vinculaci\u00f3n tecnol\u00f3gica, en funci\u00f3n de su experiencia y especializaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Fomentar v\u00ednculos institucionales<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> con el Consejo Profesional de Ciencias Econ\u00f3micas y otras asociaciones profesionales, desarrollando iniciativas conjuntas.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Gestionar beneficios y oportunidades<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para los egresados tanto dentro como fuera del \u00e1mbito universitario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Impulsar la Educaci\u00f3n Continua<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, promoviendo espacios de actualizaci\u00f3n permanente adaptados a las demandas del ejercicio profesional.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><strong>Consultas: Secretar\u00eda de Extensi\u00f3n<\/strong><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/>\n<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><strong>Direcci\u00f3n:<\/strong> Buenos Aires 1400, Neuqu\u00e9n, Capital.
