font-size: 12pt;\">La Direcci\u00f3n de Ingreso, Permanencia y Terminalidad acompa\u00f1a las trayectorias acad\u00e9micas de los\/as estudiantes de grado mediante el dise\u00f1o, implementaci\u00f3n y ejecuci\u00f3n de programas, actividades y dispositivos institucionales que promueven su incorporaci\u00f3n y adaptaci\u00f3n a la vida universitaria, as\u00ed como el sostenimiento de su recorrido formativo y la graduaci\u00f3n.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Este trabajo se realiza en estrecha colaboraci\u00f3n con equipos docentes, tutores y tutoras \u2014tanto docentes como estudiantiles\u2014 con el prop\u00f3sito de fortalecer el derecho a la educaci\u00f3n superior, reconociendo la diversidad de experiencias, saberes previos y condiciones de acceso y desarrollo acad\u00e9mico los\/as integrantes de nuestra comunidad estudiantil.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">La misi\u00f3n principal de la Direcci\u00f3n es proporcionar los recursos y los apoyos necesarios para que cada estudiante pueda adaptarse, desarrollarse y transitar su experiencia universitaria de manera integral, plena y significativa, desde el ingreso hasta el egreso.<\/span><\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400; font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\">Para ello, desde la FaEA-UNCo contamos con diversos dispositivos y acciones de acompa\u00f1amiento que incluyen:<\/span><\/p>\n<ul style=\"text-align: justify;\">\n<li><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Entrevistas de ingreso y acompa\u00f1amiento acad\u00e9mico individual<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que permiten identificar necesidades educativas, barreras de acceso o situaciones personales que puedan dificultar la continuidad.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Asesoramiento individualizado<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, orientado a la organizaci\u00f3n del cursado, toma de decisiones acad\u00e9micas, planificaci\u00f3n de materias y articulaci\u00f3n con recursos institucionales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Tutor\u00edas docentes y entre pares<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que brindan acompa\u00f1amiento en contenidos disciplinares, fomentan el aprendizaje colaborativo y fortalecen la construcci\u00f3n del oficio de ser estudiante universitario.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Mesas de estudio y talleres<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> para el desarrollo de t\u00e9cnicas de estudio, organizaci\u00f3n del tiempo, estrategias de lectura y escritura acad\u00e9mica.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Trayectos formativos para docentes<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, que permiten consolidar pr\u00e1cticas pedag\u00f3gicas acordes a los desaf\u00edos actuales de la ense\u00f1anza y el acompa\u00f1amiento estudiantil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Acompa\u00f1amiento psicoeducativo y emocional<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, en articulaci\u00f3n con el \u00e1rea de Vida Universitaria y otros espacios de bienestar estudiantil.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><span style=\"font-family: arial, helvetica, sans-serif; font-size: 12pt;\"><b>Dispositivos espec\u00edficos para la terminalidad<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, destinados a quienes est\u00e1n finalizando sus carreras, para acompa\u00f1ar el cierre de las \u00faltimas materias y la elaboraci\u00f3n de trabajos finales.<\/span><\/span><\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"text-align: justify;\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;
